How QR Restaurant Paging Works
Three steps, a few seconds each: create the order, the customer scans, staff tap ready.
1. Create the order
Staff add the order from the Jahez dashboard, or it arrives automatically from your connected POS. Jahez creates a QR code for that order straight away.
2. The customer scans
The customer scans the QR from the receipt or counter display. Their phone opens a tracking page showing the order number, its status and the estimated wait. No app needed.
3. Tap ready, customer collects
When the order is ready, staff tap once. The customer is alerted on their phone, comes to collect, and can rate the experience afterwards.
